Care Instructions

  • Keep out of direct light
  • Dried/preserved flowers are delicate, treat with care
  • Do not place stems in a humid environment
  • Each bouquet and arrangement is handmade to order. Ingredients may vary based on availability. Color palette will remain the same. Please note, shedding may occur during shipping.

 

In-store shopping and pickup 

We take cash in-store and offer contact-free pickup. You can also place an order online and pick it up at the shop in Hoboken by selecting in-store pick-up at checkout.

Same-day pickup is available.

 

Returns

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

Shipping & Handling

Please note, order processing may take up to 2 weeks. Once your order is shipped, you will get a notification via email with tracking.

Currently, we don’t offer international shipping.

Orders are available for delivery in the U.S. with 2-day shipping through the major carriers (UPS, FedEx and USPS.)

Currently, we do not offer same day delivery. However, we do offer same-day in-store pick-up.

Exchanges and Returns

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

To cancel your order, please contact us within 2 days of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email using the contact form on our site within 14 days of delivery or pick-up.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All sales are final unless the order is incorrect or arrives defective, damaged, or in poor condition.
